Time technoplast has informed the stock exchange the the books of shareholders holding will be closed from Septemeber 19,2011 to September 24,2011(both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of annual dividend and AGM of the company to be held on September 24,2011. Hence if any investor wants to receive dividend , the shares can be purchased before Septemeber 20,2011.
